Our primary aim is always to provide excellence and give you the guarantee of a successful event. We can achieve this at a sensible cost that represents good value for your budget. In fact we can offer you a choice of financial models:

Low net cost

In cases where delegates pay to attend, we can give you a budget illustration where the majority (if not all) of your costs are covered by delegate fees and other income such as an exhibition or sponsorship. We can also handle fee collection and sales of exhibition space and sponsorship on your behalf. If you want a really high quality event at little or no cost, this is the ideal option.

Fixed budget

If your conference is free and you are paying for our services from a fixed budget, we will ensure we keep tight control of costs and stay within your budget limits. We will either quote a fixed price for the contract or on a per-delegate basis if you prefer.

 We are always very open about our conference management fees and will provide you with a detailed budget breakdown for organization, project management, venue, catering, registration, AV production and a 'shopping list' of other ideas which will enhance your event.

Profit share

If your event has a strong track record we are able to offer you a solution where the entire costs (organization, venue, catering, etc.) of the event are paid by us from delegate income, with a guarantee of no cost to you regardless of attendance. Any profit made by the event is shared between Mgtfirm and your organization. Be sure! Mgtfirm is a Business to Business management/consulting organization when it comes to meeting your demands and that’s why our dealing with clients is based on mutual benefit with understanding.
